Trollinger
The synonym for the Italian Schiava that is used in the German region of Württberg. Though the Trollinger has been chronicled in this region since the 1300s, it originated in the Italian Tyrol where it is known for producing light and easy drinking red wines that are sometimes sweet and always full of raspberries, cherries and floral components.
