A hybrid American varietal that is very resistant to disease and inclememnt weather. Besides its hardiness, the Cayuga is known for producing mild and fruity wines that some liken to a New World style of Riesling. The Cayuga is quite common in the Finger Lakes and Great Lakes regions of North America. Also grows well in Arkansas.
