Daedalus Cellars
Daedalus Cellars (DAY-de-lus) is a small, family-owned and operated winery located in Oregon's Willamette Valley. They source from selected vineyards around the state and handle the fruit minimally and carefully with the goal of creating elegant, complex wines with structure and acidity for long-term aging. Their obsession is Pinot Noir, though they also produce small amounts of Pinot Gris, Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner.
