Biale's hard-to-find small winery produces small lots of hard-to-find wines. They are so grateful that wonderful people have continued to support them since they sold their first 400 cases of Aldo’s Vineyard Zinfandel from the backyard vineyard planted by Pietro Biale in the 1930’s.
Biale has been involved in several new projects, one of which, at Stagecoach Vineyards, is perhaps the most significant planting of Zinfandel in Napa of the modern era. They are most proud of this project and the results have been excellent.
BIALE – THE HOUSE OF ZINFANDEL
They started with vineyard designate Zinfandel wines, but their cellar now includes Petite Sirah, Syrah, Barbera, Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc, Saignee of Syrah, and Zinfandel blends.
THE BLACK CHICKEN SOCIETY
With an ever growing list of loyal customers and friends, it is getting harder and harder to get your hands on Biale wines. To ameliorate the situation, they have established the Black Chicken Society. Enrollment insures that members receive one bottle each of twelve different Biale wines, including the lowest productions. In addition, Society members get first dibs on new releases and invitations to winery events.
DRINK IT FORWARD
They are happy to welcome you into the Biale family and hope that you will remember them when you share a bottle of Biale. They share Biale with you and hope that you share it with others.
