Cereza

A rose-colored grape that has a very unbalanced quality-to-quantity ratio. The Cereza is an indigenous Spanish varietal that produces wines of a very deep white or pink color, but of very little flavor or aroma. Grown extensively in Argentina where it is thought to have been brought by the first Spanish settlers. A heck of a lot of wine can be made from the Cereza, but why would you want to?
