About

I have been working as a chef for now over 30 years. I went two schools to learn more in New York. But I feel that I learned a lot of what I know from my mother who was a great cook.

Really good and the price was great too! Nice nose to it. Almost taste chocolate and spice. The finish was mellow too.

It went well with the prime rib. Had a nice after taste to it. I am not too crazy about Merlots but this is one that I will keep on my list.

It had a sharp spice aftertaste. I would serve it with a cheese plate or some seafood dishes. It was a little too much for my taste.

This is a very small winery in N.C. and only produce a small, but very good amount. They only do mail order. I do not think you can get it in stores.
