Description:
The small Simoncini Vineyard in the rolling hills of Dry Creek Valley exemplifies Valdez winegrowing. Vines planted and tended personally by Ulises Valdez, achieve all the ripeness a wine could ask for - and then some.

Description:
A wonderful, wonderful treat of 'liquid gold'. Wine produced by the classic method of ‘noble rot’. Maximum concentration of sugars and flavour leading to a wonderful feeling of richness -opposed to sweetness. Reminiscent of the very best, if not the top of the world Yquem, but affordable.

The perfect wine for refined smooth and rich patés, the perfect peach, ideal to round off a special meal.
