Tasted 8/11. Explosive gunflint smokiness immediately after opening, but dissipates with air. Leaves bright sharp grapefruit and minerality exposed. Crisp, alert acidity with more citrus fruit on the palette. Finishes average plus and great with food.

Interesting wine from Languedoc, 100% Cinsault. Bold aromas of raw red meat and white pepper. Nice fresh berry/plum fruit and some pepper bite with soft tannins. Ready to drink now or over the next year.
