Very Good! With a powerful and complex bouquet of herbs, mocha, toasted almond, and dark cherry, this bold Syrah melds ripe cherry/berry fruit with spicy bittersweet chocolate and a trace of truffle. It has a concentrated palate yet smooth mouth feel and a bold, smoky finish. Good structure and firm tannins promise great aging potential. Would pair well with prime rib, or osso bucco.
