Seven Hills is located in downtown Walla Walla in the historic Whitehouse-Crawford building. Founded in 1988, they were one of the original 5 wineries in the Walla Walla Valley appellation, and are renowned for being the owners of some of the oldest vines in the region. The Seven Hills vineyard, planted in 1980, is located just across the Oregon border, and features deep, well-drained Ritzville silt-loams, with a slight northern slope. Seven Hills maintains a focus on red Bordeaux varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec, and also offer Riesling, Viognier, Pinot Gris and Tempranillo.
