I didn't like it at first, but after a few months of getting used to reds, it tastes pretty nice--with chocolate. Excellent bang for the buck. Picked up about $6/3L.

"The Tindini Chardonnay and Cabernet from Australia are the first of these good enough for placement in the shop, and frankly, if they were in bottles, they would show up as well. This is no gimmick wine. The Chardonnay is loaded with pineapple and tropical fruit, and a nice toasty element in
the nose. Delicious stuff. The Cabernet (from 2001, mind you), is a serious, spicy, eucalyptus laden, balanced and really clean wine, with none of the sappy residual sugar that usually dominates reds in this price point from down under. Spectacular values both, they will be the perfect wine for the boat come spring, and the perfect bottle (sorry, box) for daily drinking."

Box sez: fruit-driven wine, aromas of blackberry & cassis, undertones of dark chocolate & mint. Concentrated ripe berry blavors, well-balanced with accents of toasted spicy oak, velvety tannins & long finish.
