Very juicy and fresh, with delicious flavors of lemon curd, apple and mineral. Rich spicy notes and hints of orange peel fill the crisp finish.
This limited production cuvee was harvested by hand, de-stemmed. Temperature-controlled fermentation and aged for 12 months in tank before bottling.
