Nose - Crushed Stone, Dark Fruits, Blackberry and some dark Cherries? 70% Grenache, with Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre. ( Will Someone ever properly pronounce this in English?) All the way through this wine is full and and has a spicy element that keeps me coming back for more. The Mid-Palate explodes with stone and "Noir Terroir." Subtle dark fruit and a solid acidity hold the wine together nicely. You could probably hold this for 5 years. For the Price - $18.00 - This wine delivers. In the scope of the wine prices of California and Europe 18 bucks isn't much for the quality of this bottle. I recommend it. 90 Points.
