When I poured this wine the aromas of fresh-cut flowers and pineapple just exploded, after the second sniff, I smelled the pears and apples. Reminded me of Spring. The mouth-feel is medium weight and smooth. I liked this wine because of the round flavors and balanced acidity. The finish was sweet and fruity with the lingering floral notes. I paired this wine with some mozzarella cheese. I have a second bottle with I will open in another year.
