Needs time! This wine was so tight in the begining with citrus flavors of lemon, lime and green apple. Crushed oyster shells and very slight hints of button mushroom and hay unfold after the wine has had some time to interect with air. Still a baby for sure but really good after 2 hours of being open. Can't wait to try in 5 years.
