Hits with a bracing acidity that subtly fades, framing creamy key lime and caramelized brown sugar, finishing with a touch of bitter grapefruit zest. Overall very clean and interesting, in a good way! If you didn't see it served from a pouch, you'd never notice a difference from your standard bottled wine.
