winotonight reviewed Louis Michel & Fils Chablis Premier Cru Butteaux 2008 on August 14, 2011 The bouquet has a long way to evolve yet, but hidden amongst the sharp, hot lemon is pear and marzipan, which should take the lead as it matures. Pineapple dominates the palate, as well as the finish, but there's also white pepper, casaba, rosemary and riverstone. This is REALLY too young, tight and closed up to enjoy as it should be, but if you have a few years patience, you'll be well rewarded. |
