Overcame my bias against Chablis with flourish. Very complex wine; one to savour the various taste sensations.

A powerful fruit flavor. For me, this wine is a complex wine that may take more then one glass to figure out. It might be fun to take a chance and pair it with a smoky hard cheese.

Aromatic and complex. White truffle, forest floor, white truffle, vanilla bean and white flowers. Some lime and green apple on the palate. The finish is long and dynamic.
