Lovely aroma with traces of musk and pear. Rich and soft in the mouth, good impact, a hint of sparkle. Slightly sweet with pear and oak undertones, and a nice lingering finish. Very nice wine!

This was an inexpensive wine but I have had significantly better for a similar price. The aroma was very mild, but the initial impression on the palate was sharp and solvent. Tannins overwhelm the fruitiness, and while my first thought was that it could stand to age another year or so, unfortunately I think it lacks the depth to age much more without running thin.
