ryansnyder reviewed Merryvale Starmont Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 on September 16, 2004 Lots of black raspberry and cassis on the front of the palette. Mid-palette smoke, black pepper, paprika and Nicoise olives. Rich tannins and a hearty length help make this a well balanced wine. |
