I found this wine extremly lite and crisp. Great with a light tasting seafood (shrimp or lobster) in a mild sauce. Very refreshing and lite on the pallet. Highly recommended to be chilled on the cooler side. The 2002 is pouring a bit better right now, but the 2003 is still a great pour.

Floral perfume on the nose. Minerals provide a wet stone, mineral flavor that turns the fruit characteristics into overripe mango and canned peaches. The texture is oily, the body flabby, and the lime-alcohol finish lasts too long.
