Variety: Merlot and Cabernet
Wine making: 15 day peel maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation takes place completely in barriques
Ageing: 6 months in 225 Lt French oak barrels (Allier, Nevers, Troncais)

Bright purple coloured. Ripe and intense, with vanilla & black currant notes. Plum, succulent berries, tobacco hints & spicy supported by slightly drying tannins and gentle acidity. The wine is complexity, length and class. Drink now to 2013.
