esbrown reviewed Château de Cary Potet Aligote Vielles Vignes 2001 on February 15, 2005 High acid dominates this historical varietal with light aromas of citrus, green apple and fresh herbs. The gravel, citrus and white pepper flavors cannot overcome a yellow gatorade component, making for a less than spectacular wine. |
