esbrown reviewed Nicolas Potel Santenay Clos de Tavannes 1er Cru 2000 on March 1, 2005 Not a bad wine but not a good one either. Pleasant earth and red fruits on the nose but just a touch green on the palette. Nice perfume and orange blossom but too much oak mars what could have been. |
