ryansnyder reviewed Pasqualino di Prisco Aglianico Irpinia 2001 on April 27, 2005 Stick your nose in this glass and you'll think your trapped in a cedar chest. On the palate, black raspberry is cloaked by cedar and fresh cinnamon sticks and finishes with char, green olives and oak. Good, but too much wood! Open this Aglianico an hour before serving to let the fruits open up. |
